1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing the website https://www.premierhose.co.uk/ or by engaging Premier Hose & Hydraulics Ltd (“the Company”, “we”, “us”) for services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, you must cease use of the site and our services immediately.

2. Scope of Services

We provide hydraulic and specialist engineering services, including:

  • 24/7 on-site hydraulic hose repairs and replacements.
  • In-house hydraulic cylinder and ram repairs.
  • LOLER and PUWER statutory testing.
  • Supply of hydraulic components and finished assemblies.

All services are subject to availability and are provided by qualified engineers.

3. On-Site Repairs & Emergency Call-outs

  • Response Times: While we aim for rapid response 24/7, any estimated arrival times provided are targets and not guarantees. We are not liable for any losses (including production downtime) resulting from delays.
  • Site Access: The client must ensure that our mobile units have safe and clear access to the machinery or site.
  • Safety: We reserve the right to refuse work if the site conditions are deemed unsafe by our engineers.

4. Payment & Financial Terms

  • No Online Payments: This website is informational only. We do not accept payments via the site.
  • Payment Methods: All services must be paid for via BACS, cheque, or at our trade counter in GBP (£).
  • Credit Accounts: Trade accounts are subject to status and credit checks. Standard payment terms for account holders are [e.g., 30 days from date of invoice] unless otherwise agreed in writing.
  • Late Payment: We reserve the right to charge interest on late payments in accordance with the Late Payment of Commercial Debts (Interest) Act 1998.

5. Liability and Warranty

  • Workmanship: We warrant that repairs will be carried out with reasonable skill and care.
  • Component Warranty: New parts and hoses are subject to the manufacturer’s warranty. This does not cover fair wear and tear, misuse, or external damage.
  • Limitation of Liability: To the maximum extent permitted by law, Premier Hose & Hydraulics Ltd shall not be liable for any indirect, consequential, or economic loss (including loss of profits or business interruption) arising from equipment failure or service delays.
  • Maximum Liability: Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the value of the specific service or part provided.

6. Statutory Testing (LOLER & PUWER)

While we provide LOLER and PUWER testing, the legal responsibility for ensuring equipment is safe for use remains with the owner/operator. Our reports are based on the condition of the equipment at the time of inspection.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including text, graphics, logos, and images, is the property of Premier Hose & Hydraulics Ltd or its licensors and is protected by UK copyright laws. You may not reproduce or distribute any content without prior written consent.

8. Governing Law
